Construction Development Center Sp. z o.o. (CDC) has been working in the district heating and energy industry for more than 25 years.

CDC is a general contractor for RES and low- to zero-carbon energy sources, energy transition products as well as district heating networks.

CDC is part of the Veolia Group, a financially stable international corporate group which can provide proven and efficient solutions combining expertise in the energy, water and waste segments both in Poland and worldwide (with presence on 5 continents and in more than 58 countries).

Historically, CDC is the legal successor and continuation of the operations of PEC-REM in Poznań, Poland. In 2019, the ownership of PEC-REM changed, with Veolia Energia Polska S.A. now being the 100% shareholder.
CDC is growing dynamically, which is why — in addition to the head office in Poznań — regional branches have been established in Łódź and Warsaw.
With CDC’s extensive technological competence and many years of experience in the energy industry, products and services are developed which are innovative and environmentally friendly.
