Our Team

Jacek Fydrych is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and an Executive MBA at GFKM in cooperation with the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Gdansk. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Jacek Frydrych successfully combines competences in the areas of strategic management and business development. His experience includes commercial, technical and operational supervision of major energy and industrial projects in Poland and in international markets.

Jacek Frydrych held key management roles in major companies in the energy construction sector, including Vice President at Energomontaż-Południe S.A. and Bilfinger ELWO S.A. He was also Commercial Director at SBB Energy S.A. and UNISERV S.A.. 

Since 2024, he has been with the Veolia Group, initially in the role of Commercial Director; Jacek Frydrych currently serves as President CEO at Construction Development Center Sp. z o.o.

Grzegorz Skocz graduated from the Lublin University of Technology with a degree in Mechanical and Building Plumbing Engineering and from the University of Warsaw with a postgraduate degree in Law, Economics and Business Management.

He worked at the design office of PROZAP Sp. z o.o. and at Instal Lublin S.A. as Production Preparation Manager and Production Director. Grzegorz Skocz is qualified to design and manage construction in the trade of power, mechanical and building plumbing plant and systems.

Grzegorz Skocz has worked in the energy sector for more than 20 years, initially at SPEC in Warsaw as Deputy Director of the Project and Repair Department, then at Dalkia Warsaw and Veolia Energia Warsaw. He has been at CDC since 2020 as Director of the Warsaw branch, followed by Chief Operating Officer, President, and again, Chief Operating Officer.
