Steam boiler expansion
Expansion of the steam boiler plant and installation of a new steam boiler with a capacity of 12.115 MW and 18 tonnes of process steam per hour.
The project was completed the paper plant owned by Malta-Decor Sp. z o.o. in Poznań.

The project plans included construction and architectural work:
- Flue stack steel mast structure: repairs and reinforcement;
- Demolition work to remove a platform, foundation structures, rebar concrete beam, and wall to accommodate the new boiler;
- Construction of the reinforced concrete columns and separating floor;
- Construction of process platforms made of steel;
- Construction of the foundations and steel structure of the process piping bridge.
During this project, CDC delivered installation work for processing and electrical power systems:
- Supply and installation of valves, instruments, and automatic controls;
- Installation of the steam boiler and piping, including thermal insulation;
- Supply and installation of a degasser tank;
- Supply and installation of a flue stack;
- X-ray NDT of welds;
- CE marking of the equipment with documentation provided by the customer;
- As-built design package;
- Boiler start-up with burner adjustment.
